Triple Bed Vacation Suite
This newly renovated Paiute Trails Vacation Suite features a master bedroom, kitchen with new stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher), and family room that features a 65 inch Smart TV with complimentary access to movies, sports and entertainment programming for the whole family. The family room includes a large log bunk bed with double sized mattresses top and bottom, making room for four. There’s also a plush recliner, and futon couch that makes (converts) to a double bed. The kitchen is connected to the family room via a bar, complete with barstools for casual dining. The spacious bathroom includes a full-width shower. This suite has room for all of your off-trail fun.

Cancellation Policy - Holidays
- Reservations for Holiday Periods for a single unit for one night may be cancelled 30 days in advance of check in for a refund of deposit.
- Reservations for Holiday Periods for multiple units and/or multiple nights may be cancelled 120 days in advance for a refund of deposit.
- Reservations for Holiday Periods not cancelled in accordance with the above policies, or no shows, are subject to a 100% cancellation policy. Credit Card used for the deposit will be charged in full for the total cost of the reservation.
Policies
- Deposit of 35% is required for all reservations.
- Pets are allowed for a $20 fee (this must be paid at Check In).
- Balance is due at Check In
- Check-in time is at 2PM
- Check-out time is at 11AM
Cancellation Policy - Non Holidays
- Reservations for a single unit for one night may be cancelled 2 days in advance of check in for a refund of deposit.
- Reservations for multiple units and/or multiple nights may be cancelled 14 days in advance of check in for a refund of deposit.
- Reservations not cancelled in accordance with the above policies, or no shows, are subject to a 100% cancellation policy. Credit Card used for the deposit will be charged in full for the total cost of the reservation.
