Dion who manages the hotel is awesome, the ladies that work in the restaurant are friendly and went out of their way to provide us a good meal even though it was almost closing time. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the price is very cheap! The owner even made a trip to check to see if we needed anything! What more can I say???”
Cancellation Policy - Holidays
- Reservations for Holiday Periods for a single unit for one night may be cancelled 30 days in advance of check in for a refund of deposit.
- Reservations for Holiday Periods for multiple units and/or multiple nights may be cancelled 120 days in advance for a refund of deposit.
- Reservations for Holiday Periods not cancelled in accordance with the above policies, or no shows, are subject to a 100% cancellation policy. Credit Card used for the deposit will be charged in full for the total cost of the reservation.
Policies
- Deposit of 35% is required for all reservations.
- Pets are allowed for a $20 fee (this must be paid at Check In).
- Balance is due at Check In
- Check-in time is at 2PM
- Check-out time is at 11AM
Cancellation Policy - Non Holidays
- Reservations for a single unit for one night may be cancelled 2 days in advance of check in for a refund of deposit.
- Reservations for multiple units and/or multiple nights may be cancelled 14 days in advance of check in for a refund of deposit.
- Reservations not cancelled in accordance with the above policies, or no shows, are subject to a 100% cancellation policy. Credit Card used for the deposit will be charged in full for the total cost of the reservation.
